Vendor Space Typical Set Up
Typical Pricing Structure

Full-Service Event
Engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, receptions or hosting vendor shows.
Includes tables, chairs, setup/tear down, use of projector, microphone and sound.
Round tables seat up to 8 guests each, comfortably accommodating 60 guests without a dance floor. If you'd like space for dancing, guest count adjusts to 50 to allow room to move and celebrate.
$125/hour (3-hour minimum).
Celebration or Presentation
Baby & bridal showers, birthday parties, celebrations of life, funerals, repasts, and team banquets.
Includes setup and teardown of tables and chairs.
Projector and microphone available as an optional add-on for a flat fee.
Round tables 8 guests per table. Seats 60 guests. $100/hour (3 hour minimum).
Workshop or Seminar
Educational talks, team/group meetings or training sessions, or arts & crafts workshops.
Includes chairs, projector and sound.
Up to 60 chairs. $85/hour (no minimum).
Lecture-Only Setup
Single speaker or presenter. Chairs only, no tables or tech. Minimal setup.
Ideal for simple gatherings or club meetings.
Up to 60 chairs. $65/hour (no minimum)
Add-Ons (Optional, Flat Fees)
Microphone & Sound Setup: $50 flat
Cleaning Fee (if not self-cleaned): $150
**To avoid disruption to subsequent events, a fee of $50 will be strictly enforced
for EVERY 15 MINUTES exceeded beyond the contracted rental time.**
